At Tropez Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
